What to do with things I CAN’T put in my roll off dumpster?

Propane Tanks/Refrigerators/Air conditioners:

The State has just launched a refrigerator/freezer recycling program, that enables residents to have these appliances hauled out of their homes for free and receive a $50 incentive.

The program recycles 95 percent of the appliance and is limited to removal of two units per household. The appliances that are to be recycled must be in working order and have an inside measurement of 10 cubic feet or more.

Scrap yards will often accept these materials as well.
